Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes. TRYSCENT supplies genuine designer and niche fragrances carefully decanted from authentic original perfume bottles.

Will I receive the original branded perfume bottle?

No. Our decants are supplied in our own glass spray atomisers, not the manufacturer’s original branded bottles, boxes or official travel sprays unless expressly stated otherwise.

Are your decants prepared after ordering?

Yes. Each decant is individually prepared following your fragrance and size selection.

Can I cancel my order?

We offer a one-hour voluntary cancellation window after purchase. Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Where statutory cancellation rights apply, we will honour them.

Why can’t opened decants be resold?

Once a fragrance atomiser has been opened or used, we cannot reliably verify whether the contents have remained unaltered or uncontaminated. We do not resell returned, opened or used decants.

How long does preparation take?

Please allow up to 10 working days before dispatch. Delivery time is additional.

How much is UK delivery?

Standard Delivery is £6.00, Express Delivery is £12.99, and Standard Delivery is free on eligible orders over £65.00.

Does Express Delivery mean next-day delivery?

No. Express Delivery refers to the shipping service after your order has been prepared and dispatched.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact our customer support team with your order number. We will investigate and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Which size should I choose?

A 2 or 3 ml decant is ideal for testing: roughly a week of regular wear. Choose 5 or 10 ml if you already like the fragrance and want a travel bottle, and 20 ml or more if you want to wear it regularly without buying a full bottle.

How many sprays are in a decant?

As a rough guide, 1 ml gives around 10 to 15 sprays, depending on the atomiser and how you press it. A 5 ml decant is therefore roughly 50 to 75 sprays.

Can I wear a fragrance if I have sensitive skin?

Perfume is for external use only. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, patch-test on your inner arm first and check the ingredient information published by the fragrance house.
