Express Delivery refers to the shipping service after dispatch and does not guarantee next-day delivery from the date of purchase.
Order preparation
All TRYSCENT fragrance decants are individually prepared following each order.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
Our preparation process includes measuring, decanting, bottling, labelling, packaging and quality control.
Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
Preparation time is separate from delivery time.

The free delivery threshold is calculated using the eligible product subtotal after discounts and before delivery charges.
Express Delivery
Express Delivery refers to the faster shipping service selected after your order has been prepared and dispatched.
It does not shorten the standard preparation period or guarantee next-day delivery from the date of purchase.
Tracking information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details where available.
Delivery delays
We make every reasonable effort to dispatch orders within our advertised preparation period.
Occasionally, unexpected delays may occur. Where this happens, we will communicate with customers and comply with our statutory delivery obligations.
Lost or misdelivered parcels
If your parcel has not arrived or has been marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us with your order number.
We will investigate the matter with the delivery carrier and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Incorrect delivery addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete before placing an order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address amendments cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
International shipping
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Perfume is classed as a flammable liquid for transport, and the destinations available to you are always shown at checkout.
