What is a woody fragrance?

In woody fragrances the base takes centre stage. Sandalwood brings creaminess, cedar a dry, pencil-shaving clarity, vetiver an earthy, rooty freshness and guaiac wood a gentle smokiness. Oud adds depth and a darker, resinous character. Woody scents are among the most versatile and are worn by everyone.

When to wear it
