Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation

We offer a voluntary cancellation window of one hour (60 minutes) from the time your order is placed.

To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team within 60 minutes of receiving your order confirmation, quoting your order number.

After this period, your order may have entered our individual preparation and fulfilment process, and we cannot guarantee that a voluntary cancellation request can be accommodated.

This one-hour arrangement does not affect any statutory cancellation rights available under UK consumer law.

Change-of-mind returns

TRYSCENT does not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind.

Our fragrance decants are individually prepared following each customer’s order. Every fragrance is carefully measured, transferred into a glass atomiser, labelled and packaged.

For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, we do not resell returned fragrance decants that have been opened or used.

Once an atomiser has been opened or used, we cannot reliably verify whether the fragrance has been altered, diluted, contaminated or otherwise compromised.

We therefore maintain a strict policy against returning opened or used decants to saleable stock.

Where a statutory exception to cancellation rights lawfully applies, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

Where statutory cancellation rights apply, including the 14-day cancellation right for eligible distance purchases, we honour those rights in accordance with UK consumer law.

This policy does not affect your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or materially different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the issue.

Photographs may assist us in investigating the matter.

We will review your concern and provide an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or refund where required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
