About tonka bean

Tonka beans come from a South American tree and are rich in coumarin, which gives them a warm smell of almond, hay and vanilla with a hint of tobacco. Tonka adds a cosy sweetness to the base and is a key ingredient in many gourmand and amber fragrances.
